The Sauce Zine

 

The Sauce Zine is a print and online platform created to provide a place to showcase work from young creatives who elsewhere are not able to get the attention that their work deserves. The hope is that this platform can act as a sounding board network of young creatives.

 

Formed in the midlands, United Kingdom in August 2019 by Courtney Harrison, Shanice Lubban and Joel Young, three new graduates struggling to enter the creative industry. The Sauce Zine came from a feeling of frustration and disillusion with the creative industries. Lack of inclusivity in the sector, difficult for young aspiring  creatives to gain exposure because of lack of opportunities or social media following.

 

The Sauce Zine is working towards being able to support young creatives by providing equipment, funding, hosting events geared towards preparing young creatives entering the industry, networking etc.

 

Place for young creatives to showcase work, network with other creatives, be heard and seen in the work that they wanted to showcase.
